Hilton Garden Inn Reno

I liked the room it was very nice and comfortable...

I didnt like that I had booked the room on Booked.net and prepaid for it.. it was $94.17 !!.. The day I checked out.. I see on my online banking that I was charged.. 106.00 for the room and a 20.00 charge also was charged to my bank by the hilton .. I will not be booking with the Hilton again... and I will let my family and friends know as well.. that prepaid for doesnt mean its prepaid!!!

Reception staff great, rooms very comfortable.

Restaurant staff awful. Kept waiting on meal of the night and eventually had to leave at breakfast as waited over 30 minutes and still hadnt been served my order, even though peoplwe who got there later than me were server. Very shoddy service.

Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a great view. Staff were best. The service was great, the food was outstanding! The hotel offered cookies in the lobby.

I loved how close it was to great dining spots like Starbucks and multiple restaurants, and the proximity to local parks made my city strolls super enjoyable as well.

Pet-friendly and bright room with a magnificent view from the window. Location near shopping plazas that had many different restaurants, a grocery store, clothing stores, as well as a could decent casinos.

The comfortable beds and clean rooms were a highlight. The staff was attentive. Location offered easy access to nearby attractions. A pleasant experience 🌟

The room was comfortable, but housekeeping generally missed the trash collection.

We visited local attractions, relaxing at nearby parks and enjoying cool nightlife. The stay was comfy, and the service was decent. Just note, they don't clean the rooms unless you ask, and snacks are stocked only if you leave trash out.

Our weekend getaway was awesome! Randy, our server, made breakfast good with his attentiveness. Don't miss dinner at the hotel. The casual vibe is perfect after a long day. Just be prepared for bar-style food. Remember, check out the local sites-Virginia City was a highlight!

The King Room was prettysuper clean and cozy for the most part. Beds were actually nice to sleep on, and I appreciated the mini-fridge. The air conditioning was disappointing. It ran constantly but didn't cool the room well. It had decent features but could use a bit of an update.

The stay was nice, and I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed, which made for a relaxing evening after exploring nearby attractions. The convenient location was a big plus since we attended a wedding in the area. Staff at the front desk were welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
